1. About this website and these terms
These Terms of Use apply to JobLogics.com and its informational content and forms. “JobLogics.com”, “we” and “us” identify the team responsible for this website, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Please read these terms before using the site. If you do not agree, please stop using it, except as necessary to exercise rights available to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling.
2. Development status and no commitment
JobLogics.com is held for potential development. Concepts, illustrations, examples and descriptions are exploratory and conditional. They are not representations that a product is available, that an illustrated capability has been implemented or validated, or that any launch, feature, result or timeline is promised.
We may revise, postpone or discontinue ideas or this website. An inquiry, signup or discussion does not create a partnership, employment relationship, advisory relationship, exclusivity, reservation, purchase agreement or obligation to develop anything. Any transaction or collaboration requires a separate agreement with authorised parties. Acquisition inquiries may be considered but do not constitute an offer to sell or a commitment to negotiate.
3. Informational content and human responsibility
The material is general information about possible directions for a name and development initiative. It is not legal, employment, recruitment, regulatory, privacy or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.
This website does not evaluate applicants, make hiring decisions or accept job applications. It does not promise fairness, accuracy, compliance, suitability, productivity or any other outcome. Any future hiring process requires its own assessment, applicable safeguards and responsible human decision-making. Obtain appropriate independent advice before acting on material matters.
4. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and without interfering with others. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code, submit spam or impersonate another person. Do not use the forms to send unlawful material, infringe rights, disclose information without authority or test the site in a way that disrupts it.
We may restrict access or decline to process abusive or inappropriate communications, subject to applicable obligations. Reasonable browsing and ordinary search-engine indexing are not prohibited by this section.
5. Intellectual property and submissions
Website text, visual assets, design and other materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view the site and make reasonable personal or internal reference copies with notices preserved. No ownership interest or licence to use a brand, domain, artwork or other material commercially is granted merely by visiting the website.
You retain your rights in material you submit. By sending it, you give us permission to use and reproduce it only as reasonably needed to review, handle and respond to the inquiry and maintain related records, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Do not submit confidential inventions, trade secrets, candidate information or third-party material you are not authorised to share. No confidentiality agreement is created merely by sending a message. This does not remove our obligations concerning personal information.
6. External providers and links
Forms and external links may involve third-party platforms, including Formspree, Tally and security providers. Their availability and operation are outside our direct control and their applicable terms and privacy notices may also apply. A link does not mean that we endorse every statement or offering on the destination website.
7. Availability and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the site is error-free, continuously available or secure from every threat, or that an inquiry will be received or answered. We may correct content or suspend access. These statements do not limit duties that applicable law imposes regardless of a disclaimer.
8. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and those involved in providing the website will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including lost profits, opportunities or data, even if the possibility of such losses was brought to our attention.
This limitation applies only where lawful and does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be limited. It does not waive statutory consumer or privacy rights. The extent to which any limitation applies depends on applicable law and the circumstances.
9. Applicable law and general provisions
Subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you, these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes may be brought before competent courts in Ontario, without limiting any right to bring a claim elsewhere where applicable law permits or requires it.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms concern this website only and do not replace a separate written agreement for any future product, transaction or relationship.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms for future use of the site and will update the date shown above. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or replace any notice or consent required by law.
