Privacy
Your information.
A clear purpose.
How information is handled while JobLogics.com is in development.
Last updated: November 4, 2026
1. Who this notice is for
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through JobLogics.com, a development-stage website based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. “JobLogics.com”, “we” and “us” refer to the team responsible for this website. It covers this website and its inquiry and update forms; any future product may require a separate privacy notice.
For privacy questions or requests, use our Contact Us page and select Privacy. Requests are directed to the team responsible for privacy matters.
2. Information we collect and why
If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, inquiry type, message and consent information you provide. The form also identifies JobLogics.com, the source page, the inquiry purpose, consent version and submission time. We use this information to receive, route and respond to your inquiry, maintain relevant correspondence, address privacy requests and protect the form from abuse.
If you separately request development updates, the Tally form collects the information displayed there, including your email address and update consent, together with domain and source attribution. We use that information for the updates you request and to record or manage your preferences. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to updates.
The website host and form providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times and security signals to deliver their functions, troubleshoot problems and prevent spam or abuse.
3. Information you should not send
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. This website does not ask for resumes, candidate records, employment assessment data, government identification, financial account details, passwords or sensitive personal information. Do not submit information about another person unless you are authorised to do so. We may remove unnecessary or inappropriate submissions, subject to legal requirements.
4. Providers and disclosures
Contact submissions are processed through Formspree. Development signup forms are hosted by Tally. The Tally form may load Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention; see Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. The website is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare, whose Privacy Policy describes its processing.
Relevant information may be available to authorised team members and providers supporting hosting, form handling, email delivery and security, to the extent needed for those purposes. Providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws and lawful government access. We do not sell contact or update information.
We may disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, including to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or security, or investigate misuse. We do not use a contact submission as permission for unrelated marketing.
5. Cookies and third-party content
Our page code does not install analytics, advertising cookies or local storage. Technical logs may still be generated by the host. Opening the update form connects your browser to Tally and may load reCAPTCHA. These providers may use cookies or similar technology for their functions under their own notices. Contact data is sent to Formspree when you submit the contact form. External links lead to websites with their own privacy practices.
6. Retention and safeguards
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, managing requested updates, resolving disputes and meeting applicable legal requirements. When no longer needed, information should be deleted or anonymised, subject to provider backup cycles and any required preservation. A deletion request may not remove information immediately from all backups or records that must lawfully be retained.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and circumstances, including limiting access to those who need it. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending confidential or sensitive material through these forms.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, request deletion, withdraw consent or ask to stop development updates. Use Contact Us → Privacy. You may also use an unsubscribe option if one appears in an update.
We may need proportionate information to verify your request before disclosing or changing records. Please do not send identification documents unless we first agree on an appropriate method. Requests are subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements; if a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will explain as required. Withdrawing necessary consent may prevent us from continuing the related communication.
If a privacy concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another authority with jurisdiction.
8. Children and changes
This site is intended for adults considering professional or business matters and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can consider appropriate removal.
We may update this notice as the site develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a new use of personal information, updating this page alone will not replace that requirement.
